  • Can I use my Gift Card more than once?
    Yes. Your Lucette Gift Card can be used across multiple visits until the balance is fully redeemed or the card expires.

    How long are Gift Cards valid for?
    Lucette Gift Cards are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.

    Can I use my Gift Card for group bookings or event deposits?
    Yes. Gift Cards can be used towards group bookings or event payments when payment is made in person at Lucette.

    Can I purchase a Gift Card in person?
    Yes. Gift Cards are available to purchase online or directly at Lucette during opening hours.

    What values can I load onto a Gift Card?
    Gift Cards can be loaded with values from $20 up to $500.

    Can I get a refund or cash out my Gift Card?
    No. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, in full or in part.

    What happens if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
    Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced unless required by law. If you believe your card has been compromised, please contact us.

    Can I use a Gift Card to purchase another Gift Card?
    No. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

    Do I need to spend the full value in one visit?
    No. Any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card and can be used across multiple visits until the balance reaches $0 or the card expires.

  • Digital Gift Cards are emailed instantly after purchase.

    For physical Gift Cards, you can choose to collect from Lucette or have them posted to you.

  • Definitions

    In these Terms and Conditions:

    • Activate means loading value onto a Gift Card.

    • Balance means the remaining funds available on the Gift Card.

    • Card Number means the unique number assigned to the Gift Card.

    • Expiry Date means 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after this date will be forfeited.

    • Gift Card means a Lucette Gift Card issued by Lucette Bistro.

    • PIN means the security code linked to the Gift Card, if applicable.

    • Redeem means using the Gift Card as payment for goods or services at Lucette Bistro.

    References to we, us or our mean Lucette Bistro. References to you or your mean the purchaser or cardholder.

    1. Agreement to these Terms

    1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all Lucette Gift Cards.
    1.2 By purchasing, activating or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
    1.3 It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the recipient is aware of these Terms and Conditions.

    2. Purchasing a Gift Card

    2.1 Gift Cards can be purchased online or in person at Lucette during opening hours.
    2.2 Gift Cards can be loaded with a minimum value of $20 and a maximum value of $500.
    2.3 Payment must be made using accepted debit or credit cards.
    2.4 Physical Gift Cards can be collected from Lucette or posted within Australia. Risk passes to you once dispatched. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

    3. Redeeming a Gift Card

    3.1 Gift Cards can be redeemed in person at Lucette for dining and in-venue purchases.
    3.2 Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, used to purchase another Gift Card or used for online takeaway orders.
    3.3 If a purchase exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
    3.4 Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after expiry will be forfeited.

    4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

    4.1 Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced unless required by law.
    4.2 We reserve the right to cancel a Gift Card if we believe it has been used fraudulently or without authorisation.

    5. Privacy

    5.1 Personal information collected when purchasing a Gift Card is used to process the transaction and provide customer support.

    6. General

    6.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
    6.2 Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
