Our Story

Lucette is the latest venture from Julien and Romy Besnard, the team behind Franquette Crêperie. After years working across France, Sydney and the Southern Highlands, they’ve built a small family of venues connected by one idea - good food, good wine and genuine European hospitality.

Executive Chef Guillaume Dubois, born just east of Paris, brings his experience from Michelin-starred kitchens in France and leading roles across Sydney. His cooking blends French tradition with a refined, modern touch and a love for local produce.

Lucette is French at heart, made for the neighbourhood.
