Our Story

Lucette is the latest venture from Julien and Romy Besnard, the team behind Franquette Crêperie and Soirée. After years working across France, Sydney and the Southern Highlands, they’ve built a small family of venues connected by one idea - good food, good wine and genuine European hospitality.

Executive Chef Guillaume Dubois, born just east of Paris, brings his experience from Michelin-starred kitchens in France and leading roles across Sydney. His cooking blends French tradition with a refined, modern touch and a love for local produce.

Lucette is French at heart, made for the neighbourhood.
