Our Guest Chef Series invites some of the region's most interesting chefs into the Lucette kitchen for a one-night menu inspired by the season.

A meeting of chefs, ideas and ingredients, with a focus on what's best right now in the Highlands.

For our inaugural evening, Guillaume welcomes Mark Holland, Executive Chef of Ardour Milton Park, into the Lucette kitchen for a collaborative dinner celebrating winter in the Southern Highlands.
