This September, Guillaume welcomes Eilish Maloney, founder and chef of The What If Society. After working in some of Australia's and the world's most respected kitchens, including Michelin-starred The Ledbury in London and Sydney's Saint Peter, Eilish has become known for thoughtful, produce-led cooking and a deep commitment to sustainability.
Together, Guillaume and Eilish have created a French-inspired menu that celebrates the best of the Southern Highlands through two distinct perspectives. Expect beautiful seasonal produce, classic French technique and Eilish's ingredient-first approach, brought together in a menu designed to be enjoyed around the table.
Bookings are for a 2 hour duration. Dietary requirements can be catered for, please add a note on booking. BYO is not available in conjunction with these special events. No children’s menu is available this evening.
